Kids Classes @ Frame

Frame is a great new fitness centre in Shoreditch that offers ante natal pilates and post natal yoga classes for new mums & their babies.
They are now also running Yoga classes on a Tuesday and Dance classes on a Thursday at 4pm for 3-5 Year Olds.

One for the parents - The Barbican Library is holding it's annual book quiz on Wednesday 3rd March to celebrate World Book Day.
